HealthPlanNinja is operated by Vince Gore (License # 4694303, AR), a licensed insurance agent affiliated with HealthMarkets Insurance Agency, based in Slidell, LA.

Information you give us through forms or phone (name, email, phone, ZIP, age, household size, coverage preferences, optional message). Technical info our hosting platform records automatically (IP address (hashed), user-agent, referrer, UTM parameters, landing path) for security and attribution.

To contact you about insurance products you've expressed interest in, to obtain quotes from carriers, to enroll you in a chosen plan, and to comply with legal requirements. We do not sell your information to third parties.

We use the following service providers:

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — secure database hosting for your submission
• Resend — email delivery for lead notifications
• HealthMarkets Insurance Agency — affiliated brokerage relationship for plan submission

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing customerservice@healthplanninja.us. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. California and Colorado residents have additional rights under their state privacy laws; contact us to exercise them.

Data is transmitted over TLS. Stored data is protected by row-level security and is accessible only to Vince Gore and the service providers listed above.
